here you go the youtube version of the video. Perhaps easier to watch
Creating and working on this Blog has been a creative process for me. As I stumble through the how to's of internet blogger world. I am happy to learn that I am always learning and growing. And so the only thing is that the link that I had posted ealier on this blog is going to be posted after this is written as I finally figured out how to share videos from you tube to my blog. The vid posted prior can be seen on you tube in the next link posted. The size is bigger so there is less strain to watch it. I am working on getting some performance vids to post so look out for those.

update: artist date
I would say that the last two weeks have been most amazing. Between dance rehearsals and practice, I have had amazing experiences and have met just awesome people. Went to see Zakir Hussain's concert last Saturday. For the first time I paid more than $ 25 tickets. I had made a wow that I would never pay more than that. Okay so just when I was about to walk away from the counter and go see my friend's Movie premiere, a thought came in my mind. Julia Cameron's words reminding me that my mind will tell me that I am spending too much on these tickets. (won't get into this to much as this is out of context and needs much of a deeper explaination) I said to myself wow lets do something different and break my own rule of paying only 20 something dollars for anykind of entertainment.
Needless to say the concert was rocking and I made a new freind who is a classical dancer and has a huge knowledge about arts and dance. Woo hoo. I'd say it was a win win situation. If I hadn't spend that money my night would have been different and I would not have known myself to be different person.
I'd say that in that moment I matured as an artist. From just a student I bacame a professional. An artist who can afford to go see other artist and pay the price of the ticket that the artist thinks is worthy of their talent. I feel like I honored the artist by doing this. In turn I honored my artist that resides within me. Thank you.
